Shipping policy


Shipping

We offer complimentary standard ground shipping via UPS or USPS on all U.S. orders of $35 dollars or more, except Alaska and Hawaii. We will send you an email with shipping details and tracking number once your order has been shipped. PO box addresses will be shipped via USPS (please refer to the carrier shipping availability on our website at the check-out.

We currently don’t ship to APO/FPO addresses, forwarders, and hotels; to Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories outside North America nor international.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding major holidays. All orders placed by 2 PM PST will be processed the same day, depending on products availability.

Orders placed after 2PM PST Friday will be processed the next business day.

Due to Covid-19 and the peak holidays season, shipping time delays are expected to any destination. Please plan ordering ahead of time to avoid disrupting of your beloved items.

 

Returns

You may return any product ordered for refund within sixty (60) days from the date you received your order along with the original invoice. Only products purchased on LaSenSkincare.com may be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.

To return your products, please simply email us at CustomerCare@LaSenSkincare.com with your order number.

Once your return package is shipped, please retain the tracking number of the return package for your record. Lā SEN is not responsible for returned packages that are not received at our designated return address. 

When returning order in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund will be issued until the free gift is received.

Purchases of Sales and Promotional items are final and can not be returnable.

If a refund is approved by our team, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your reimbursement, unless the package was incorrectly shipped, or you received defective merchandise. We also require customers to package their returns appropriately. If products are returned and damaged in shipping, we, unfortunately, can not honor a reimbursement. 

Lā SEN reserves the right to deny a return request if excessive returns history is indicative of wardrobing.
